Refund policy

Returns and Refunds: 

• Once you receive your shoes, please notify us within a day or two if the shoes do not fit right or have some issues that you are concerned about
• If a replacement is available, we will automatically replace it with the right size or variant
• If a replacement is available, we will either repair or replace it with another item
• If repair or replacement is not applicable, the we will refund your payment once we receive the returned item
• Returns and refunds due to change of mind will not be entertained
