Shipping policy

Please check if your item is on-hand or made-to-order as it will affect the lead time for delivery. 

• For on-hand items, please allow 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for delivery
• For made-to-order items, we will message you once item is ready for delivery
• We use Lalamove/Grab for same-day delivery and JRS for provincial and international deliveries
• Delivery fees are shouldered by the client unless specified for a promotion or product
